"SMART FORMULA"

NOTES ON THE SMART FORMULA

 FOR RESERVATIONS, YOU NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OF 25,00 € PER PERSON (IF BY CREDIT CARD, IT CONSISTS IN A PRE-AUTHORIZATION); TOTAL CANCELLATION CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ANY CHARGE WITHIN 96 HOURS; IF MADE BEFORE NOON ON NOVEMBER 11TH, WE WON’T MAKE REFUNDS, BUT YOU CAN USE THE DEPOSIT PAID FOR ANOTHER EVENT.

REGULATION

The reservation process envisages the payment or pre-authorization of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for the dinner show "ECLISSI THE DINNER SHOW " (€25,00 per person). It is only valid for the date and time selected when booking. 

The €25,00 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the dinner show, which is €50,00 and the lowest price per person for the event. If the amount has been pre-authorized as a guarantee, it will be released within 24 hours after the event date.

In the case of multiple bookings, the non-show of one or more guests for any reason will not entitle the organiser to a refund of the deposit. The same shall apply if the booking was made by pre-authorisation of payment. Cancellations or reductions in the number of guests will only be accepted if they are notified at least 96 hours before the time of the event "ECLISSI THE DINNER SHOW". In the case of cancellations by 6 p.m. on the previous day, you will be allowed to use the credit for another event.

Any change in the number of place settings will be subject to availability and may not be accepted. After this deadline, we will charge a fee of €25,00 per cancellation, seat reduction, or non-attendance of each guest ("no-show fee").

In the event of Customer's non-attendance or cancellation, Customer agrees that we won't refund the amount paid as a deposit or the charge of the pre-authorization payment. Therefore, we recommended checking carefully all the details at the moment of purchase. 

The Customer is hereby informed that since the subject matter of the Contract is the provision of services relating to leisure time, the right of rescission provided for in Article 59, I comma, letter n) of the Consumer Code does not apply to the Contract, under Article 52 of the Consumer Code. Therefore, the Customer may not exercise this right about the reservation made.

• Reservations do not guarantee access to the venue.

• RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE VENUE

 No access is allowed to minors. 

Animals are not allowed.

 Al Chiar di Luna's staff is entitled to deny entry to anyone who:

• is in a clear state of alteration (it is forbidden to enter and remain in a state of intoxication or under the effects of drugs);
• maintains aggressive behaviours;
• is not wearing elegant clothing appropriate to the style of the venue (for men, long pants and a shirt or polo shirt are required. For example, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, sports or beach wear, etc., are not allowed).

The reservation implies full acceptance of these regulations. Failure to comply with any of the provisions of the present rules may result in the refusal of admission or the client's expulsion from "Al Chiar di Luna", with no right to subsequent refund.

RESERVATION ASSUMES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT REGULATIONS.

Notes: Kids are admitted from the age of 4 and up. During the event, we provide an entertainment service conceived just for them.
